Founder & Managing Director
Marie Mendy founded Mingdao Growth Partners drawing on over a decade of professional experience at the intersection of Asia and European institutional finance.
She studied Mandarin between Ningbo and Tainan, completed a professional immersion in Shanghai, and holds a degree in International Business with a specialisation in partnerships and business development. She is fluent in Mandarin, French, and English.
Marie spent 3.5 years as Export Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, building direct relationships across key Asian markets, before transitioning into financial services. She then spent 6.5 years as Business Manager at a Luxembourg-based financial consulting firm, where she supported leading Luxembourg institutions — including asset managers, GPs, and private banks — in their development and strategic partnerships.
This dual experience — deep cultural fluency across Asia and an intimate understanding of Luxembourg's private capital ecosystem — is the foundation on which Mingdao Growth Partners was built.
